Fire Service Training
Autry Technology Center provides local training opportunities for area fire departments - both volunteer and career. The fire service training programs at Autry are coordinated through Oklahoma State University's Fire Service Training program. The courses are based on International Fire Service Training Association (IFSTA) materials and many offer International Fire Service Accreditation Congress (IFSAC) Certification. These standards are accepted throughout the world.

Autry's Fire Service Training Center is for use by area departments for continuing education needs.

Our fire service training provides: 
    • training at little or no cost 
    • a skills building to brush up on firefighter skills 
    • a live burn building enabling you to practice in real life fire situations 
    • a large classroom for the training 
    • an apparatus for hands-on practical experience 
    • all the equipment needed to conduct high quality fire service training
